I bought their backpack and was shocked how low quality the materials were. They're made in vietnam for $20 but they're selling it for $200? Crazy!

I've bought the PRVKE 21 liter and after realising it was too small I've requested an exchange for the 31 liter. 2 weeks later still no response..
horrendous customer service.
i ordered a bag from them 5 days ago i never recieved any confirmation but was charged 374 dollars. I emailed them 4 diff times not one response yet. no shipping info... dont even know if they know that i bought a bag thats how horrible there customer service is. called a customer service number said it was ryan. one of the owners. he never answers his phone nor does he call back. at this point i give up ill have to file a dispute with paypal and get my money back and get a peak design or something i should of bought in the first place. DO NOT buy from these guys they take your money and never respond! what a scam ***edit they just responded to this review but have yet to contact me personally or yet to tell me whats going on*** what a joke!
I used the 31 L PRVKE for less than a year and the left shoulder strap have a tear inside of it where it connects to the top of the bag.
This makes the strap stretchy while the other strap is stable and while wandering around the pack is squeaking and does not sit vertical on your back. I have filed this issue to Wandrd for over a week ago but haven't got any reply or even a confirmation email. So this was a waste of over 300 dollars. Next pack I get will be from peak design or lowepro.
I recently purchased the wrong model from the website and requested a refund. The customer services were terribly sloppy and took days to reply to my email. I followed every single step of couriering the item back to their warehouse and waited for a week. I have yet to receive a response on whether my order could be refunded.
Amazing service !! Had a back back with broken zippers - no problem: had a new from Wandrd within 2 weeks.
Also they respond to emails within the same day! Very rare costumer service indeed - awesome company & products
Before buying from these guys I went to the website to check the item was not going to be sent from abroad. The website said orders were fulfilled from a local warehouse so I went ahead.
More than a week later, after giving the wrong tracking details, their support confirmed that the order is being fulfilled from abroad and will be subject to additional charges of 20% or more of item value on delivery.
It should not be necessary to do this but, If you're going to order from them, contact them in advance of the order and ask them to guarantee the fulfillment and delivery information on their website is correct so you can avoid concealed charges and delays.
Customer service was also evasive and unhelpful so tbh I would advise buying from someone else to avoid the hassle.
EDIT: After the bag arrived, Wandrd customer service reached out and offered to pay half of any added expenses.
Best Bag I've ever used. It's my go-to for everything. Weekends, daily carry, all of it. Value and greatness is out of this world.
I really have nothing, but good to say about my WANDRD PRVKE in military green. It has traveled quite a bit and has been a reliable camera bag. The packaging is awesome. It’s is expensive and totally worth every penny.
I had some initial hiccups with my order. Took a while to have my hands on the product, definitely worth the wait. Their gearologist -Heather helped me with every concern I had.
The product is amazing. Highly recommend it!

I would give zero stars if I could. Their product is poop, the zippers break, the straps don’t tighten correctly, and they are racist towards white people. I hate a f@*king pandering, poopy company with a poopy product!!
